Withdraw from the contract

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

This form is the online withdrawal function provided for by art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (art. 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU). Fill it in, review your declaration on the next page and confirm it: we will immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your request and the date and time it was submitted.
